What I really like about your article is the footnote you added.
You make it sound like you are right in there fighting for the underdog or should I say, people on the bottom half of the ladder.
Well done I take my hat off to you
I am about to get my own blog off the ground preety sooon and want it to follow my experiences of getting started, so I was thinking if I could come back to you from time to time and askMike for some advice.

This is sort of like a footnote to my previous comment.
Hope you get to read it and hope you don’t edit it too much.
I have a question for you?
I am from the U.K.
I have been searching for a long time for someone who I could ask questions of and YOU seem like an alright guy.
You start off your article by saying let’s band together and help someone.
And that’s right helping others to get a start is seen as the right way to go about Internet Marketing.
Start off helping, and gain Trust and Loyalty in the process.
And this is also right.
Most of the Big Guys seem to come from the U.S.A.
I guess this is because of the size of your country.
There are a few guys at present from the U.K. who are breaking into the Guru circle.
Who do you trust?
And who do you ask questions ?
Now I don’t know who said it but someone once said that instead of waiting for your subscribers to ask questions give them the answers first and be seen to be helping.
Now on the Internet you can probably find if you look hard enough most answers you are looking for but one of my questions is very hard to find an answer for.
They keep telling you that there is Money to be made online but do they really tell it like it is.
For instance : How long will it take?
How much money do you need to start?
Etc: etc :
My biggest question is this :
Can one man/woman make it on their own?
Do you need to have a Team ?
If you can’t find/have a team I suppose the alternative is to outsource ??
With so much there is to learn about Internet Marketing is it any wonder that people suffer with information overload.
So can you make it on your own and if so how long then would it take.
If the answer to that was truthfully told ??
Or should we Band Together??

Alan,
Before you can even work with a team or assemble one is you need to know your direction. Once you know your direction then you’ll know what types of people you need in your group.
As for what you need to know, Jeff Johnson made it BIG online because he had a vision, not because he could FTP a website.
The point is, you need to have a vision and then assemble the missing pieces. Learn ONLY what you need to know to get the job done, nothing more.
It’s all about discipline…
The internet isn’t some magic money making machine and some people are shocked that you have to actually do a lot of work to make money.
But, it sure beats construction and I get to sit here all day and meet nice folks like you.
