Poor Man's Arbitrage...

David Vallieres calls this “The Poor Man’s Arbitrage” video and in a minute I’ll tell you how to get it absolutely free.

This is one of the most ingenious ideas I’ve seen in a long time and David Vallieres, a friend of mine has revealed something extraordinary based on a hunch - but after watching the video myself (mostly in shock) I have to agree that this could easily put an extra $500 to $1,000 a day into your pocket.

But first…

Do you remember the Arbitrage Conspiracy launch? If you’ve been online and interested in making money from home and have been on the internet more than a week then you would no doubt have been slammed with a ton of emails about it.

There was a HUGE list of top marketers at a $10,000 event recently were they learned all about this whole arbitrage conspiracy thing. It had a lot to do with CPA offers and different techniques to making it big, that no one has ever shared before.

Personally I didn’t get the course because I just have too much on my plate right now with other business launches, products launches, coaching program launches, etc. to be indulged into this too.

However, I think a lot of you did not get it because it was just way out of your reach as far as the price goes, which is completely understandable at this time.

But the other day  I got an email from this friend of mine and he revealed what he spotted in a video I think everyone should see, even if you’re not interested in CPA stuff… because it’s a good marketing lesson and it’s free.

Well now even you can claim your share of those million dollar launches…

With the power of Web 2.0, social networking sites, bookmarking sites, YouTube and all those other quick traffic sources you could be getting some hefty commissions if “the click” just let you join their affiliate program during the pre-launch… right?

Well this is for all of you who think you can do some serious damage and rake in $500 - $1,000 commissions just by jumping in the trenches and doing some intense article wizardry and social site creation before the product goes live (as they call it).

Here’s what you do:

1. Find a product that is in the pre-launch phase (that’s easy… everyone of the BIG guys is talking about it in their emails)

Most of you will guess it right off the top but for the rest who just can’t see it yet, I’ll tell you…

They all started a BLOG!

Simple eh? Well most beginner online marketers never start a blog, or if they do it’s a ghost town within a month. I know this for a fact - been there done that, got the t-shirt!

There are so many courses, so many how-to videos, so many physical products, tons of “The Secret” now revealed or the infamous “_____ is dead” reports… all wanting to show you the latest technique.

There’s nothing wrong with that, however most of you are NOT ready for information like that at this point.

What’s wrong with S-I-M-P-L-E…? Being highly motivated and seriously focused on a simple plan is highly effective in any business, but online you can begin for just a few bucks.

Here are some helpful tips:

1. Take the time to get a domain name and web hosting.

2. Have a clear and consise plan on were you want to take your business

3. Create a detailed plan of action - I have a daily schedule! (hint)

4. Actually do the work!

That’s it… you can be in business tomorrow, but there are a few things you may want to spend a bit of time on before rushing off to start a new blog.

It not only looks more professional when you have your picture beside any blog comments you make but it also helps with branding yourself, which everyone should be doing at ever chance they get because this is how people grow to know, like and trust you.

Go to www.gravatar.com and sign up for a free account then assign your email address with the image that you decide to upload to Gravatar.

If you have more than one email address that you use to make comments on blogs then you can assign either the same image or alternate images depending on what you prefer.

Whenever you visit a blog that has avatars enabled then every time you leave a comment your image will show up.

It’s important not to ignore the little ways to brand yourself that take just minutes to put into effect and then it’s done.

If you have a blog that has avatars enabled why not mention it to your readers? It makes your blog look more personable when outsiders come in for the first time.

Do I hire a coder… or do I tackle this bad boy on my own?

Well here’s what I would do to save you a ton of cash if you were to hire a coder. Let’s face it, coders are expensive and trying to relay to them exactly what you want can be a nightmare.

First lets choose a Content Management System (CMS)… The easiest to manipulate is in fact a Word Press blog. I am using Joomla for my next membership and it’s been a real challenge even for a semi-experienced guy.

No, for me… the next membership site I create will definitely be from a word press blog.

More specifically a Revolution Magazine Theme (One of the older designs. When you get a membership at Revolutiontwo.com you can download any and all themes).

Then secure it with aMember and buy the additional WP plugin.

This is the easiest way to go about it. Sprinkle the paid content on the first page around the free stuff. When a free member clicks on the Premium content it will prompt for a membership signup.

This way you won’t need a tech guy. I set it up myself and with a little help from David Moskowitz and his Membership Academy. It costs way less than a coder and his videos explain everything.

FYI: Once you have this all setup all you have to do is post all the content and select whether it will be free content or premium. Click the little box as to which one it is and you’re finished.

It’s definitely an easy and painless way to get started…

ABC News reports a lawsuit being filed by a San Diego man who claims he has been duped into upgrading his membership status at Classmates.com to see who was trying to contact him.

The $15 upgrade was paid but when Anthony Michaels went to see who was trying to contact him he found the truth…

It appears that no-one was trying to contact him from Classmates.com and has now filed a suit against the company for false advertising.

I don’t know about you but I have personally seen these emails Anthony is talking about. They [classmates.com] try to get you to upgrade to a paid membership to see who is trying to contact you.

Trouble is no-one has been trying to reach you.

Does this seem deceptive to you? It sure seems that way to me and even though there are two sides to every story I know for a fact that no-one was trying to contact me when I received these emails. I immediately ignored those emails from Classmates.com because it really seemed suspisious to me.

So this comes down to “How honest are you being online?” …”Are your claims on your website true?”

Mark my words… It’s only a matter of time before Government regulators start cracking down on deceptive advertising online… DON’T be the example!
